Nous recherchons un Développeur Web motivé, polyvalent et proactif pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne qui s’épanouit dans un environnement dynamique, qui aime relever des défis techniques variés et qui est curieuse d’explorer les nouvelles technologies. Vous serez impliqué dans la création, l’évolution et l’optimisation de la présence numérique de nos clients, en travaillant à la fois sur des CMS populaires et sur des frameworks JavaScript modernes.

Exigences et compétences techniques

  • Expérience confirmée en développement web avec un portfolio solide
  • Maîtrise des technologies fondamentales : HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Expérience démontrée avec Astro.js pour des sites rapides et orientés contenu
  • Excellente maîtrise de React pour la création d’interfaces interactives
  • Expérience pratique avec WordPress (notamment Elementor) et Shopify
  • Connaissance des outils d’automatisation tels que Zapier et Google App Scripts
  • Compétences en communication et aisance dans un rôle orienté client
  • Capacité d’adaptation rapide et envie d’apprendre dans un contexte technologique en constante évolution

Objectifs et livrables

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des sites web performants et responsives
  • Livrer des projets dans le respect des échéanciers définis avec les clients
  • Proposer et mettre en place des solutions innovantes en matière d’automatisation et d’intégration technologique
  • Fournir une documentation claire et un support technique fiable à l’équipe et aux clients

Responsabilités principales

  • Développement et maintenance de sites web : création de sites personnalisés ou sur modèles via WordPress (Elementor) et Shopify ; optimisation des performances et gestion de l’hébergement/DNS
  • Développement front-end moderne : conception de sites et applications web avec Astro.js et React
  • Gestion technique de projet : participation aux rencontres clients, collecte des besoins, rédaction de spécifications, estimation des charges et suivi des livrables
  • Automatisation et innovation : mise en place de flux automatisés (Zapier, Google App Scripts) et exploration d’outils émergents (IA, chatbots, etc.)
  • Collaboration interfonctionnelle : travail étroit avec les équipes marketing, design et opérations pour aligner les solutions techniques sur les objectifs d’affaires
  • Intégration de plugins et outils : configuration et personnalisation d’extensions, collaboration avec des développeurs externes pour des besoins spécifiques
