Buscamos Capacitador en Data Engineering AWS Senior – Modalidad Remota en México

Estamos en búsqueda de un Capacitador en Data Engineering con un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia para impartir un programa especializado en Data Engineering on AWS con Python y SQL. Este rol está enfocado en liderar sesiones de capacitación técnica, brindar mentoría y facilitar experiencias de aprendizaje práctico en un entorno académico estructurado.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Preparación y estructuración de material didáctico.
  • Realización de demostraciones prácticas y laboratorios hands-on.
  • Fomento del desarrollo de proyectos colaborativos entre los participantes.
  • Recopilación y análisis de retroalimentación de los alumnos.
  • Evaluación del aprendizaje y avance de los participantes.
  • Asesoramiento continuo, mentoría y acompañamiento técnico durante el curso.

Objetivos del Curso:

Desarrollar soluciones ETL end-to-end en AWS utilizando funciones serverless, automatización de workflows, almacenamiento de datos y servicios de mensajería. Obtener experiencia práctica con Terraform para la gestión de infraestructura, mejorando la escalabilidad de los pipelines y simplificando el despliegue. Aplicar principios avanzados de diseño de ETL y técnicas de optimización dentro de entornos de AWS.

Habilidades Técnicas Requeridas:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años impartiendo cursos o entrenamiento remoto a posiciones Junior.
  • Con más de 5 años de experiencia, se requiere dominio en las siguientes tecnologías:
  • Conocimiento sólido en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, incluyendo PostgreSQL y DynamoDB.
  • Amplia experiencia en programación con Python, incluyendo el uso de bibliotecas como Pandas y NumPy.
  • Experiencia práctica con servicios de AWS orientados a ETL e ingeniería de datos, tales como: Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Redshift, Aurora, SNS, SQS y Kafka.
  • Integración de prácticas de infraestructura como código (IaC) mediante Terraform.
  • Capacidad para crear, automatizar y administrar pipelines ETL en AWS.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura o grado académico superior. Inglés nivel avanzado C1- C2 Habilidades de liderazgo, retroalimentación efectiva, resolución de conflictos y manejo de grupos. Excelente comunicación, compromiso y actitud proactiva.

Ubicación y Horario: Modalidad remota en México. Horario laboral de lunes a viernes, de 09:00 a 18:00 horas. Duración de la academia: 80 horas distribuidas en 2 semanas.

Oferta:

$600 - $800 x hora SEGÚN EXPERIENCIA
