Desarrollador Mobile Flutter Sr. - Hibrido CDMX - Polanco

Estamos en búsqueda de un Desarrollador Mobile Flutter (Senior) responsable de liderar el desarrollo y entrega de aplicaciones móviles de alto rendimiento para iOS y Android. Este rol está enfocado en construir arquitecturas escalables, modulares y robustas, garantizando la entrega continua de funcionalidades y una excelente experiencia de usuario.

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles (nativas o híbridas).
  • Dominio de Flutter y Dart.
  • Experiencia en publicación de apps en App Store y Google Play.
  • Conocimiento sólido de arquitecturas móviles (Clean Architecture, MVVM).
  • Experiencia con manejo de estado (BLoC, Riverpod o Provider).
  • Experiencia integrando APIs y servicios en la nube.
  • Conocimiento de Git y flujos de versionamiento.
  • Experiencia en testing (unitarias, widget, integración).
  • Experiencia con herramientas CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Codemagic).
  • Manejo de bases de datos locales (SQLite, Hive o Isar).
  • Inglés intermedio (B1/B2).

Actividades:

  • Diseñar y desarrollar la arquitectura móvil y componentes reutilizables utilizando Flutter.
  • Construir interfaces complejas y de alto rendimiento alineadas a Material Design y Cupertino.
  • Integrar APIs y servicios en la nube (REST, GraphQL, Firebase).
  • Optimizar el rendimiento de la aplicación y resolver incidencias críticas en producción.
  • Implementar flujos avanzados de navegación y deep linking (App Links / Universal Links).
  • Configurar pipelines de CI/CD para builds y despliegues automatizados.
  • Colaborar con equipos de backend, UX/UI y seguridad.
  • Implementar buenas prácticas de seguridad (SSL Pinning, biometría, almacenamiento seguro).
  • Realizar code reviews y asegurar estándares de calidad, mantenibilidad y escalabilidad.
  • Utilizar herramientas de IA (Claude Code, Copilot) para acelerar el desarrollo sin comprometer la calidad.

Ofrecemos un proyecto de 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión, modalidad híbrida con 2 días presenciales y remotos.
