¿Te apasiona el soporte de aplicaciones críticas y la resolución de incidentes en entornos de producción? Estamos buscando un L2 Production Support Engineer con experiencia en análisis técnico, soporte de aplicaciones y colaboración con equipos globales para garantizar la estabilidad y continuidad operativa de plataformas empresariales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar soporte de segundo nivel (L2) para aplicaciones y servicios en producción.
  • Analizar, diagnosticar y resolver incidentes, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA establecidos.
  • Realizar análisis detallados de problemas y ejecutar Root Cause Analysis (RCA) para identificar causas raíz e implementar acciones correctivas.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de correcciones de código y realizar pruebas rigurosas cuando sea necesario.
  • Monitorear y dar soporte a servidores de aplicaciones y ambientes productivos.
  • Escribir y optimizar consultas SQL para análisis e investigación de incidentes.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos de Desarrollo, Infraestructura y otras áreas técnicas para mejorar el desempeño y la estabilidad de las aplicaciones.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y procesos de Continuous Delivery.
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación técnica a los equipos de desarrollo para prevenir incidentes recurrentes.
  • Colaborar con equipos globales en un entorno internacional.

Perfil requerido:

  • Ingles avanzado C1 - C2 - INDISPENSABLE
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento y soporte de aplicaciones desempeñando un rol L2 Production Support.
  • Experiencia sólida trabajando con Unix/Linux.
  • Dominio en la elaboración y optimización de consultas SQL.
  • Conocimientos de AWS; experiencia práctica es altamente deseable.
  • Experiencia en algún lenguaje de programación o scripting, preferentemente Java.
  • Experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones y ambientes de producción.
  • Conocimientos en análisis y resolución de incidentes, así como Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinarios y globales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés.
  • Estar radicando en la CDMX o Guadalajara
