QA Engineer (AI-Driven) Semi Sr. - Hibrido CDMX - Polanco

Estamos en búsqueda de un QA Engineer con enfoque en Inteligencia Artificial, responsable de garantizar la calidad del software mediante la automatización avanzada de pruebas y el uso de herramientas basadas en IA. Este rol no solo se enfoca en detectar errores, sino en prevenirlos, optimizando el ciclo de QA a través de estrategias inteligentes, automatizadas y escalables.

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Experiencia en QA manual y automatizado.
  • Experiencia en automatización de pruebas con herramientas como Playwright, Cypress o Selenium.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de APIs utilizando herramientas como Postman o Insomnia.
  • Experiencia trabajando en arquitecturas modernas (microservicios, aplicaciones web).
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum).
  • Experiencia integrando pruebas en pipelines CI/CD.
  • Experiencia en entornos cloud.
  • Inglés intermedio (B1/B2)

Nice to have:

  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de IA para testing (generación de scripts, self-healing, datos sintéticos).
  • Experiencia con herramientas de testing autónomo (Testim, Mabl, Blinq).
  • Conocimiento en performance testing (k6, JMeter).
  • Experiencia con Docker y entornos serverless.
  • Conocimiento en accesibilidad (WCAG) y testing visual.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de testing automatizado y end-to-end.
  • Generar casos de prueba de manera automatizada utilizando modelos de lenguaje (LLMs).
  • Implementar pruebas E2E en aplicaciones web, APIs y arquitecturas de microservicios.
  • Automatizar la generación de datos de prueba y escenarios complejos.
  • Realizar análisis predictivo de errores a partir de logs y datos históricos.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de performance y carga utilizando herramientas como k6 o JMeter.
  • Implementar pruebas de accesibilidad y validaciones UX automatizadas.
  • Integrar pruebas dentro de pipelines CI/CD.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y producto para asegurar calidad desde etapas tempranas (Shift-Left).
  • Validar y optimizar código generado por herramientas de IA.
