QA Tester Semi Sr - Híbrido, Polanco, México

Buscamos un QA Tester Semi-Sr apasionado por la calidad del software, con un enfoque analítico y capacidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles. La persona ideal tendrá experiencia tanto en pruebas manuales como automatizadas, y será capaz de proponer mejoras continuas en los procesos de aseguramiento de calidad. Esta posición requiere liderazgo técnico, atención al detalle y excelente comunicación con equipos de desarrollo.

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en QA o roles similares.
  • Experiencia en pruebas manuales y automatizadas
  • Conocimiento de herramientas como Jira, TestRail o Zephyr
  • Experiencia con frameworks de automatización como Selenium, Cypress o Playwright
  • Manejo de Postman o SoapUI para pruebas de API
  • Conocimientos básicos de programación (JavaScript, Java o Python)
  • Experiencia con Git

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar en el diseño, ejecución y documentación casos de prueba
  • Realizar pruebas funcionales, regresión, smoke testing, integración y UAT
  • Detectar, reportar y dar seguimiento a defectos
  • Validar APIs mediante herramientas especializadas
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y líderes de proyecto
  • Participar en mejoras de procesos y buenas prácticas de QA
