Salesforce Developer Sr. - Híbrido MTY.

Buscamos un Desarrollador Senior de Salesforce con sólida experiencia en desarrollo, configuración y personalización de Salesforce. Será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones escalables en Salesforce, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios para ofrecer soluciones de negocio de alta calidad.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones, componentes reutilizables y automatizaciones alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.
  • Realizar revisiones técnicas, optimizar consultas y asegurar la calidad y estabilidad de la plataforma.
  • Gestionar el mantenimiento, soporte y mejora continua de las aplicaciones.
  • Colaborar con equipos funcionales y técnicos en la definición de arquitecturas y estrategias de implementación.
  • Apoyar en integraciones con sistemas externos y procesos de despliegue y control de versiones.

Requisitos:

  • 4+ años de experiencia en desarrollo, configuración y personalización de Salesforce.
  • Dominio de Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL y JavaScript.
  • Al menos una certificación Salesforce (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I u otra).
  • Inglés avanzado oral y escrito.
  • Experiencia en troubleshooting, debugging, revisión técnica e integraciones de Salesforce.
  • Conocimientos de Git y CI/CD (deseables).
  • Habilidades analíticas, comunicación efectiva, trabajo colaborativo y buenas prácticas de desarrollo en entornos ágiles.

Sobre la vacante:

  • Modalidad híbrida, asistiendo 2-3 días por semana a oficinas en Monterrey, Nuevo León.
  • Horario: L-V 09:00-18:00.
