SAP HANA Database Administrator (DBA)

Buscamos un SAP HANA Database Administrator (DBA) responsable de la administración, mantenimiento, soporte, optimización y mejora continua de ambientes de bases de datos SAP HANA en diferentes entornos de clientes.

La posición brindará soporte técnico avanzado de nivel L3, asegurando la estabilidad, rendimiento, disponibilidad y seguridad de los sistemas SAP HANA, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de SAP Basis, Server Management y los equipos de los clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Administrar y mantener bases de datos SAP HANA 2.0 en ambientes productivos y no productivos.
  • Realizar instalaciones, configuraciones, upgrades y actividades de parcheo de SAP HANA.
  • Configurar y administrar SAP HANA Multitenant Database Containers (MDC) y HANA System Replication (HSR).
  • Implementar y dar soporte a soluciones de Alta Disponibilidad (HA) y Recuperación ante Desastres (DR).
  • Ejecutar monitoreo de rendimiento, tuning, respaldos, recuperación, verificaciones de consistencia y health checks de las bases de datos.
  • Atender incidentes, cambios y solicitudes de servicio, colaborando con equipos de SAP Basis, Server Management y clientes.

Requisitos técnicos:

  • 10+ años de experiencia en administración de bases de datos, con experiencia sólida como SAP HANA DBA.
  • Experiencia en SAP HANA 2.0, incluyendo instalación, configuración, mantenimiento, upgrades y parcheo.
  • Experiencia en SAP HANA System Replication (HSR) y administración de Multitenant Database Containers (MDC).
  • Conocimientos en monitoreo y tuning de rendimiento, así como backup, recovery y verificaciones de consistencia.
  • Experiencia en administración de sistemas operativos Linux.
  • Experiencia en gestión de incidentes, cambios y solicitudes de servicio.
  • Inglés avanzado, escrito y verbal.

  • Experiencia en atención a clientes y manejo de stakeholders.

Modalidad y ubicación:

  • CDMX: Híbrido – Bosques de las Lomas.
  • La modalidad híbrida aplica para CDMX, Monterrey y Saltillo; para Guadalajara la posición es completamente remota.
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 h.
