Buscamos un Senior IT Process Analyst para unirse a un proyecto dinámico y de gran impacto en el sector de TI, Desarrollo de Software y E-commerce.

Objetivo del Puesto

Serás el puente clave entre las necesidades del negocio y los equipos técnicos (Desarrollo, Arquitectura y Tecnología). Tu rol principal será analizar, diseñar, mapear y documentar procesos claros, eficientes y accionables que impulsen la operación y evolución digital.

¿Qué buscamos? (Requisitos Indispensables)

  • Experiencia: 5+ años en IT Process Analysis, Process Management o Consultoría de TI.
  • Mapeo y Análisis de Procesos: Dominio en levantamiento, análisis y documentación de procesos AS-IS / TO-BE, diagramas de flujo (workflows), detección de brechas (gaps), riesgos y dependencias.
  • Integración Negocio - TI: Capacidad comprobada para interpretar requerimientos de negocio y traducirlos para equipos de Development, Architecture e IT Operations.
  • Metodologías ITIL: Conocimiento sólido de mejores prácticas ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, Knowledge Management) y Certificación ITIL Foundation indispensable.
  • Sector E-commerce: Experiencia en entornos y plataformas de comercio electrónico (procesos de canales digitales, Order Management, pasarelas de pago, catálogo e integraciones).
  • Gestión de Entregables: Experiencia coordinando actividades con equipos de desarrollo mediante seguimiento de Backlog & Tracking y metodologías ágiles.
  • Idioma: Inglés intermedio.
  • Competencias clave: Perfil proactivo, excelente capacidad de resolución de problemas y enfoque en trabajo en equipo.

Puntos Deseables (Plus)

  • Conocimientos en BPM / BPMN y herramientas como Bizagi o Visio.
  • Experiencia con herramientas ITSM como Jira Service Management o ServiceNow.
  • Certificación o conocimientos en ITIL 4 y Agile / Scrum.
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos de modernización de aplicaciones y transformación de TI.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Duración: Proyecto inicial de 3 meses con alta posibilidad de extensión.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: Esquema Híbrido en Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX.
  • Horario laboral: Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 hrs.
