Technical Program Manager | Microsoft Power Platform - Híbrido CDMX o GDL.

Buscamos un Technical Program Manager con experiencia en entornos tecnológicos para liderar iniciativas multifuncionales y coordinar equipos de distintas áreas. La posición combina Program Management, análisis de datos y desarrollo de soluciones en Microsoft Power Platform. Buscamos una persona proactiva y analítica, capaz de identificar señales y riesgos antes de que se conviertan en incidentes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar iniciativas multifuncionales, asegurando la entrega oportuna, la alineación con stakeholders y el cumplimiento de objetivos, métricas y modelos de gobernanza.
  • Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y escalaciones, tomando acciones preventivas para evitar desviaciones e incidentes.
  • Analizar datos provenientes de distintas herramientas empresariales para identificar tendencias, brechas y oportunidades.
  • Diseñar modelos de datos y flujos en Microsoft Dataverse, garantizando su integridad, seguridad y cumplimiento.
  • Construir y personalizar aplicaciones en Power Apps para optimizar procesos y mejorar la experiencia de usuario.
  • Desarrollar dashboards y reportes en Power BI, incluyendo DAX, para proporcionar información accionable a equipos de liderazgo y operación.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Engineering, Product y Negocio para alinear soluciones técnicas con objetivos estratégicos.
  • Comunicar avances, riesgos, dependencias y resultados a stakeholders y liderazgo senior.

Requisitos:

  • 6+ años de experiencia como Technical Program Manager o en posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia sólida con Microsoft Power Platform:Microsoft Dataverse: modelado de datos y flujos. Power Apps: desarrollo y personalización de aplicaciones. Power BI: dashboards, reporting y DAX.
  • Experiencia en análisis y modelado de datos.
  • Conocimiento de Data Governance, seguridad y compliance.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y comunicación.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades en ambientes dinámicos.
  • Inglés avanzado, escrito y verbal.

Detalles de la oferta:

  • Modalidad: Híbrida en Ciudad de México o Guadalajara.
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes, 9:00 a 18:00 h
