Desarrollador Diseñador UI/UX Semi Senior - Hibrido CDMX - Polanco

Buscamos UI/UX Designer Semi Sr responsable del entendimiento, definición y conceptualización de soluciones digitales de desarrollo Mobile y Web, alineando los objetivos del negocio y la tecnología con las necesidades, capacidades y expectativas de los usuarios, para diseñar productos funcionales, viables y centrados en la experiencia del usuario.

Requisitos indispensables:

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en diseño de experiencia de usuario (UX) y diseño de interfaces (UI) en aplicativos de desarrollo mobile y productos digitales.
  • Conocimiento de principios de accesibilidad y localización.
  • Experiencia en estrategia de contenido y UX writing.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
  • Experiencia con frameworks de priorización y gestión de backlog.
  • Participación en la creación y mantenimiento de design systems y documentación técnica.
  • Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo web y estilos (HTML, CSS u otros), aplicado a desarrollo mobile.
  • Entendimiento del negocio y del contexto del mercado.
  • Dominio de Figma en nivel intermedio a avanzado.
  • Manejo de herramientas de colaboración como Office 365 o Google Workspace.
  • Curso en Design Thinking, UX o disciplinas afines (deseable).
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles de desarrollo.

Funciones Principales

  • Traducir iniciativas de negocio en problemas concretos de usabilidad, proporcionando dirección al squad en la búsqueda de soluciones centradas en el usuario.
  • Realizar investigación continua con usuarios, incluyendo research etnográfico.
  • Levantar requerimientos funcionales y definir User Personas, identificando necesidades, comportamientos y expectativas del usuario.
  • Diseñar mapas de navegación (user flows) y estructuras de información.
  • Trabajar de la mano con clientes y equipos técnicos para alinear metas y objetivos de negocio con soluciones viables.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas de usabilidad, evaluando intuitividad y experiencia del usuario.
  • Planificar e implementar nuevos diseños de interfaz, así como optimizar interfaces existentes.
  • Desarrollar wireframes, mockups y prototipos para conceptualizar y validar nuevas ideas de producto.
