- Implement tools, systems, reporting, and controls to improve supply chain visibility and decision-making.

- Manage purchasing, inventory, planning, warehousing, logistics, supplier activities, and supplier audits.

- Develop supplier relationships and conduct supplier evaluations to build a resilient, redundant sourcing strategy.

- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing regularly to support R&D and prototyping activities

- Establish priorities, build structure, and take ownership of a broad operational mandate.

- Work independently while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

- Collaborate effectively with suppliers, carriers, internal teams, and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.

- At least 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, logistics, operations, or a related area.

- Fluency in English and French, spoken and written, to communicate effectively with employees, suppliers, customers, and partners in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
