🚀 Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Business Analyst, você fará parte do time de Estratégia e Performance e atuará diretamente com diferentes áreas do negócio, contribuindo para o crescimento da vertical de Seguros da XP. Buscamos uma pessoa com forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócio e interesse em transformar dados em insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas. Seu papel será ajudar a identificar oportunidades, desenvolver análises de performance, estruturar indicadores e apoiar iniciativas que gerem impacto real para clientes e para o negócio.

🎯 Principais Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver análises e estudos para apoiar tomadas de decisão estratégicas.
  • Construir dashboards, relatórios e indicadores de performance.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento, eficiência operacional e melhoria de resultados.
  • Traduzir problemas de negócio em análises e soluções orientadas por dados.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de Produtos, Comercial, Operações e Tecnologia.
  • Apoiar a definição e acompanhamento de métricas-chave do negócio.
  • Elaborar apresentações executivas para comunicação de resultados, insights e recomendações.
  • Contribuir para a evolução das estratégias e da jornada dos clientes no segmento de Seguros.

🔍 O Que Procuramos

Requisitos

  • Formação em Engenharia, Estatística, Administração, Economia, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com análise de dados e construção de dashboards.
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Capacidade analítica e raciocínio estruturado para resolução de problemas.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para interação com diferentes stakeholders.
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado a resultados.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em SQL/Python
  • Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Tableau ou Looker).
  • Vivência no mercado financeiro e/ou consultorias
  • Experiência prévia em seguradoras, corretoras, insurtechs ou áreas relacionadas ao negócio de Seguros.
  • Conhecimento de indicadores de performance comercial, conversão, retenção e jornadas de clientes.
  • Caso prático com IA aplicada a negócio — uso de LLMs/agentes, automações inteligentes ou vibecode
