Essa oportunidade é para o time comercial Middle Market na região Norte no Banco de Atacado da XP, que tem a missão de gerenciar e montar uma carteira de clientes com faturamento entre BRL 30MM e BRL 500MM.

🔍 O Que Procuramos

Pré-requisitos Essenciais:

• Experiência prévia mínima de 3 anos no atendimento a clientes PJ do segmento Middle/Corporate; • Estar alocado fisicamente na praça – Modelo Presencial • Perfil comercial, fortes habilidades de comunicação, relacionamento, “hands on”, resiliência. • Demonstrar segurança no conhecimento de produtos bancários, crédito, adquirência, cash, seguros e consórcio; • Conhecimento Amplo de Investimentos, instrumentos de renda fixa, câmbio, derivativos, crédito e mercado de capitais; • Organização, disciplina e intensidade; • Formação superior completa; • C PRO-R (antiga CPA-20) ou CEA

  • Conhecimento e relacionamento na região, com possibilidade de originar novos negócios.
