Stellenbeschreibung

In dieser Rolle als Vollzeitkraft übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Position innerhalb unseres Einkaufsteams:

  • Identifizierung und Bewertung geeigneter Lieferanten
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Einholen von Angeboten & Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Preis‑ und Rahmenvertragsverhandlungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung des Lieferantenkatalogs
  • Operative Beschaffung von technischen Komponenten, Dienstleistungen und Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Bearbeiten von Dispovorschlägen
  • Durchführung und Abwicklung aller ERP‑Prozesse (MS Dynamics NAV)
  • Bestellabwicklung und Terminüberwachung
  • Sicherstellung von Liefermengen, Lieferqualität & termingerechten Lieferungen
  • Mitwirkung beim Reklamationsmanagement
  • Prüfung, Kontrolle und Buchung von Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Bearbeiten des Posteingangs Einkauf
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen
  • Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen kaufmännischen Dokumentation

Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in CRM‑ oder Bestandsverwaltungssoftware (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mind. Level C1, als auch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische, strukturierte und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations‑ und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten in Verhandlungen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz & Teamfähigkeit
