Job Summary:

XPEL, Inc. ist einer der weltweit führenden Anbieter von Autolackschutzfolien (PPF – Paint Protection Film), Fensterfolien, Keramikbeschichtungen und Glasfolien. Für unser Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als PPF Installer (m/w/d). Willkommen sind ausgebildete Fachkräfte (z. B. Folierer, Werbetechniker / Schilder- und Lichtreklamehersteller) ebenso wie handwerklich versierte Quereinsteiger – entscheidend sind Ihr Auge fürs Detail und Ihre Leidenschaft für hochwertige Fahrzeuge.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte Installation von Lackschutzfolien (PPF) an Kundenfahrzeugen
  • Folierung von Sportwagen und hochwertigen Fahrzeugen im Premiumsegment
  • Sorgfältige Fahrzeugvorbereitung (Reinigung, Entfettung, Demontage von Anbauteilen)
  • Zuschnitt und Positionierung der Folien nach Templates oder individuellen Zuschnitten
  • Qualitätskontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten (Oberflächencheck, Kanten, Blasen, Staubeinschlüsse)
  • Nacharbeit und Finish (Kantenversiegelung, Einhaltung von Trocknungs- und Ausshärtezeiten)
  • Pflege und Wartung der verwendeten Werkzeuge und Arbeitsmittel
  • Einhaltung der XPEL-Verarbeitungsrichtlinien sowie von Arbeitsschutz- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Unterstützung bei der Fahrzeugübergabe an den Kunden

Ihr Profil

Das bringen Sie mit (Must-have)

  • Praktische Erfahrung in der PPF-Installation oder Fahrzeugfolierung – oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werbetechniker (Schilder- und Lichtreklamehersteller), Fahrzeuglackierer oder in einem vergleichbaren handwerklichen Beruf
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail
  • Saubere, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft, überwiegend im Stehen zu arbeiten
  • Hohe Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Von Vorteil (Nice-to-have)

  • Quereinsteiger mit ausgeprägtem handwerklichem Geschick sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Erfahrung in der Fahrzeugaufbereitung oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse (für technische Unterlagen)

Vergütung

  • 2.600 € brutto Grundgehalt monatlich
  • Zusätzlich: leistungsbezogene Provision (58 € pro folierter Front)
