Job Summary:

Du musst keine Vorerfahrung in der Folierung mitbringen – wichtiger sind Hands-on-Mentalität, Sorgfalt und Teamgeist. Du lernst bei uns, wie erstklassige Lackschutzfolierung funktioniert, und hast die Möglichkeit, dich langfristig als PPF Installer weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fahrzeugtransport und -bewegung auf dem Betriebsgelände (Rangieren, Be- und Entladen)
  • Vorbereitung und Reinigung der Fahrzeuge vor der Folierung (Waschen, Entfetten, Entstauben)
  • Unterstützung der PPF-Installer bei der Folienvorbereitung und dem Installationsprozess
  • Bedienung des Schneideplotters (Herstellung passgenauer Folienvorlagen nach Vorgabe)
  • Mithilfe bei der Endkontrolle und Qualitätssicherung folierter Fahrzeuge
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit in der Werkstatt
  • Unterstützung bei der Bestandsaufnahme und im täglichen Werkstattablauf

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit (Must-have)

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit (Heben und Tragen bis ca. 20 kg, Arbeiten im Stehen und Bücken)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Führerschein Klasse B (für Fahrzeugrangierung zwingend erforderlich)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Von Vorteil (Nice-to-have)

  • Erste Erfahrung im Kfz-Bereich, in der Fahrzeugaufbereitung, Logistik oder einem handwerklichen Beruf
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Lernbereitschaft für neue Maschinen und Prozesse (z. B. Schneideplotter)
  • Interesse, sich langfristig zum PPF Installer weiterzuentwickeln

Vergütung

  • 2.950 € brutto Grundgehalt monatlich
  • Zusätzlich: anteilige leistungsbezogene Provision je nach Anzahl der bearbeiteten Fahrzeuge pro Monat
