Stretch & Mobility Specialist (Flexologist)

StretchLab El Segundo | El Segundo, CA Part-Time • $25–$27 per hour • In Person

StretchLab El Segundo is hiring a fitness or wellness professional who enjoys hands-on work, individual coaching, and creating meaningful connections with clients.

As a Flexologist, you’ll deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching that supports members’ flexibility and mobility goals. Bring your knowledge of movement and enthusiasm for helping others—we provide paid training in StretchLab’s assisted stretching methodology.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver assisted stretching sessions following StretchLab techniques and safety standards.
  • Understand each member’s goals and adapt sessions within your training.
  • Explain the benefits of flexibility, mobility, and consistent stretching habits.
  • Document sessions and monitor member progress.
  • Build trusting relationships that encourage members to stay engaged and return.
  • Communicate with the front desk and sales team to support a smooth member experience.
  • Arrive prepared and on time, follow studio procedures, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Participate in ongoing training and use feedback to improve your skills.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

You’re approachable, dependable, and comfortable working with people of different ages and fitness levels. You communicate clearly, welcome coaching, and take pride in supporting both your clients and your teammates.

Required qualifications:

  • A relevant fitness certification, degree, or professional credential that meets StretchLab’s training eligibility requirements.
  • Foundational knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and movement.
  • Comfort providing hands-on, one-on-one services.
  • Professional communication and reliable attendance.
  • Consistent weekly availability.

We welcome qualified applicants with backgrounds in personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, yoga, Pilates, athletic training, strength and conditioning, or related movement disciplines.

Previous assisted stretching experience is a plus. Candidates must complete StretchLab’s required Flexologist Training Program before providing member sessions.

Schedule & Location

This is a part-time, in-person position at StretchLab El Segundo. Your availability must align with member appointments and may include mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
