1. 工作经验要求：5-8 年的分布式存储相关经验 2. 熟练运用 AI Coding Agent实现开发流程自动化，具备将复杂需求拆解并委派给 Agent 执行的工程能力。 3. 核心技术能力要求 3.1 编程与系统开发 语言：精通C/C++（必选），熟悉Go/Python（加分项） 系统能力：深入理解Linux内核、文件系统、I/O机制，具备多线程/高并发编程经验 性能优化：对性能调优有强烈驱动力，能解决大规模集群下的延迟、吞吐瓶颈 3.2 分布式系统理论熟练 掌握分布式算法（Paxos、Raft）及一致性模型（强一致/最终一致） 熟悉分布式存储架构设计，如元数据管理、数据分片、容错机制（纠删码/多副本） 熟悉分布式元数据管理，缓存管理，熟悉LevelDB/RocksDB (加分项)

4. 附加技能与素质 4.1 跟踪行业前沿（如DPU硬件卸载、存算分离架构），推动技术落地 4.2 熟悉开源分布式存储系统（如Lustre/Ceph代码提交）优先 4.3 强沟通协作能力、英文技术文档读写能力
