  • Oversee the full onboarding journey for B2B partners, ensuring smooth and timely integration into the X Open Hub platform.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for institutional clients (Banks, Brokers), fostering long‑term cooperation and business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams - IT, Trading, Operations - to deliver fast, high‑quality service to corporate partners.
  • Analyse complex client requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions and technical implementations.
  • Conduct professional training sessions for institutional clients to maximise adoption of our tools and offerings.
  • Monitor global market trends and competitive activity to support strategic positioning and product evolution.
  • Drive the introduction of new B2B products, tools, and financial instruments across existing and new partners.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution (Brokerage, Bank, Fintech).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • University degree (BA/MA) in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of FX markets and OTC derivatives.
  • Strong interest in working with institutional clients across global jurisdictions.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and confidence using complex trading software.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under time pressure.
