About Flowfit by XTM Flowfit is a high-quality linguistic project management platform built for translation companies and language service providers. Developed by Consoltec, now part of XTM International Group, a global leader in language technology, Flowfit helps enterprise localization teams simplify and scale their operations. Our Montréal engineering team works in an Agile, collaborative environment, building modern, scalable software at the intersection of AI, cloud, and business intelligence.

The Role

Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who works AI-first: someone who uses AI tools and AI-driven development methods as a natural part of how they build software, and who helps the whole team do the same. You will design and ship full-stack features across our .NET backend and modern frontend, and drive the adoption of AI-driven development practices (including AI-DLC) across the engineering team.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a people-management role. You will lead AI initiatives and automation projects, and act as a technical reference and multiplier for the team. This is not a data science position: we are looking for engineers who build production software with AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack features end-to-end: C#/.NET Core APIs and modern frontend applications (Angular, React, or TypeScript-based stacks)
  • Use AI-driven development workflows daily (Claude Code, Claude, Cursor, and similar tools) to design, implement, test, and review software, and define how the team applies them
  • Apply and evolve the AI-DLC (AI-Driven Development Lifecycle) across the team: practices, guardrails, standards, and reusable playbooks
  • Design and implement automation initiatives that improve team productivity and product quality
  • Contribute to MCP (Model Context Protocol) server setups that connect AI tools to internal systems
  • Help define data security practices for information shared with external AI services
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and share knowledge through code reviews, pairing, and internal training

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong C#, .NET Core, and Web API skills
  • Solid frontend experience with Angular (preferred), React, or TypeScript
  • Demonstrated, day-to-day experience working AI-first with Claude Code, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools, not just occasionally
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven development methods (AI-DLC or equivalent), and a clear point of view on where AI helps and where it needs human control
  • Experience with MCP or other ways of connecting AI tools to systems is an asset
  • Good judgment on AI data security and responsible use of AI tools
  • Experience with SQL Server and with Azure or AWS
  • Ability to share knowledge and coach peers on AI-assisted workflows
  • Professional working proficiency in English and French
