Dan is deze functie als Supply Chain Team Leader een mooie kans om jouw expertise in te zetten en mee te bouwen aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte supply chain.

  • Je coacht en begeleidt de Operations Planners en organiseert regelmatig ontwikkel- en evaluatiegesprekken.
  • Je bewaakt de werkverdeling, prioriteiten en capaciteit om de continuïteit van het team te garanderen.
  • Je vertaalt de afdelingsdoelstellingen naar concrete teamprioriteiten en acties.
  • Je waakt over een tijdige en kwalitatieve korte- en langetermijnplanning, waarbij je klantvraag, forecasts, productiecapaciteit en materiaalbeschikbaarheid op elkaar afstemt.
  • Je volgt kritische orders, voorraadniveaus, mogelijke tekorten en planningsafwijkingen op en coördineert de nodige acties.
  • Je ondersteunt planners bij complexe vraagstukken, escalaties en conflicterende prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere Production, Purchasing, Quality Control, Customer Service en Sales.
  • Je analyseert KPI’s en planningsgegevens, identificeert risico’s en rapporteert resultaten en verbeterpunten aan de Materials Manager.
  • Je initieert en begeleidt verbeterprojecten rond planning, voorraadbeheer, samenwerking en SAP-, MRP- en masterdataprocessen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat procedures, werkinstructies en documentatie actueel en correct blijven.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Supply Chain Management, Economie, Bedrijfsbeheer, Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen supply chain, operations, productieplanning, procurement of materials management.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coachen of aansturen van collega’s.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van demand planning, productieplanning, MRP en voorraadbeheer.
  • Je begrijpt hoe klantvraag, productiecapaciteit en materiaalbeschikbaarheid elkaar beïnvloeden en welke impact dit heeft op de leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring met KPI-opvolging, data-analyse en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en bent vertrouwd met rapportering op basis van operationele gegevens.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van ERP-systemen. Ervaring met SAP, MRP en SAP-masterdata is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels.
