In de sleutelrol van Coördinator Magazijn stuur je dagelijks het magazijn aan en coördineer je de operationele werking van A tot Z. Je bent in dit bloeiend bedrijf, dat een full-service assortiment biedt aan B2B klanten, het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer van het magazijn en bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang en juiste uitvoering van het proces met rendement - altijd met de tevredenheid van de klant als doel.

  • coördineren en sturen van dagelijkse werking van het magazijn van inslag over stockage tot verkoop
  • actief overzicht houden op de productiviteit en medewerkers efficiënt inzetten
  • leidinggeven, sturen, motiveren en begeleiden van 10-tal medewerkers
  • bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en rendement van het volledig proces
  • toezicht houden op goed functioneren van machines en installaties en snel schakelen bij technische storingen
  • workflows optimaliseren met LT visie en verbeterprojeten initieren
  • prioriteiten afstemmen met collega productieverantwoordelijken ifv vlotte samenwerking tussen afdelingen
  • toezien op veiligheids-kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • actief meedenken over efficiëntieverbeteringen
  • minstens een bachelordipoma
  • bewezen sterke organisatorische en coördinerende vaardigheden
  • analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen
  • verantwoordelijkheid nemen en zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
  • flexibel in taken en werkuren
  • ervaring in magazijnomgeving is sterke troef
