Voor een logistiek bedrijf in Willebroek is Xtra op zoek naar een logistiek medewerker met ervaring op heftruck en reachtruck. Je komt terecht in een moderne, zelfsturende werkomgeving met een grote verscheidenheid aan klanten en projecten. Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde.

Je werkt in een systeem waarbij schema's op schermen je door je taken loodsen: het scherm toont je telkens de juiste handeling, jij voert ze correct en veilig uit.

  • Goederen behandelen met heftruck, reachtruck of BT — afhankelijk van het materiaal
  • Werken volgens de handelingen die het systeem je voorstelt
  • Meewerken aan zowel korte projecten als vaste opdrachten voor uiteenlopende klanten
  • Extra zorg dragen bij gevaarlijke of breekbare producten
  • Kwaliteit, orde en veiligheid bewaken op de werkvloer

Belangrijk om te weten: dit is een zelfsturende job met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Er passeren soms gevaarlijke of breekbare goederen, dus voorzichtigheid en betrouwbaarheid zijn hier cruciaal.

  • Je hebt ervaring met heftruck en reachtruck (ervaring met de BT is een pluspunt)
  • Nog belangrijker: je hebt een sterke werkattitude — je bent betrouwbaar, voorzichtig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig, ook onder wisselende opdrachten
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en schakelt vlot tussen taken
  • Je bent bereid om na een opleiding in dagdienst over te schakelen naar een 2-ploegensysteem
