The posting

Als onderhoudstechnieker ben je een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines en installaties betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt blijven werken.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Elektrisch onderhoud: je sluit elektrische componenten aan, onderhoudt en herstelt installaties en werkt met motoren en aandrijvingen.
  • Storingen oplossen: je analyseert elektrische en elektromechanische problemen aan de hand van elektrische schema’s en technische plannen.
  • PLC-sturingen: je leest PLC-programma’s uit, spoort fouten op en voert waar nodig aanpassingen of programmeerwerkzaamheden uit.
  • Mechanisch onderhoud: je voert mechanische herstellingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan industriële machines en installaties.
  • Preventief onderhoud: je helpt storingen voorkomen door installaties tijdig te controleren en te onderhouden.
  • Curatief onderhoud: wanneer er toch iets misloopt, zorg jij ervoor dat de productie zo snel mogelijk weer op gang komt.
  • Veilig werken: je volgt de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet op en hebt oog voor je eigen veiligheid en die van je collega’s.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel binnen een industriële omgeving waar technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een veilige werkhouding essentieel zijn.

We zoeken een gedreven technieker die zijn technische kennis graag in de praktijk brengt en niet terugdeinst voor een uitdagende storing.

Jij hebt:

  • Een A2-diploma elektriciteit of elektromechanica, of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.
  • Een grondige kennis van industriële elektriciteit, elektrische componenten, bekabeling en elektrische schema’s.
  • Ervaring met elektromotoren, aandrijvingen en elektromechanische installaties.
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen: storingen opsporen, programma’s uitlezen en bij voorkeur ook programmeren of aanpassen.
  • Een goede mechanische basis en zin om zowel elektrische als mechanische problemen aan te pakken.
  • Een sterk analytisch vermogen: je zoekt naar de oorzaak van een probleem en denkt mee over duurzame oplossingen.
  • Een uitgesproken veiligheidsbewustzijn en een nauwkeurige werkhouding. Het dragen van een veiligheidsbril is verplicht.

Je woont maximaal op ongeveer 45 minuten rijden van Lanaken
