The posting

  • Je stelt productieplanningen op op basis van klantorders, forecasts, voorraadniveaus en beschikbare productiecapaciteit.
  • Je maakt productieorders en batches aan en stemt de planning af met de productieafdeling.
  • Je volgt forecasts en de uitvoering van de productieplanning op, signaleert afwijkingen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid en voorraadniveaus van afgewerkte producten, grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Je anticipeert op mogelijke tekorten en overtollige voorraden en volgt verouderde of niet-conforme stock op.
  • Je ondersteunt de introductie van nieuwe materialen en de uitfasering van bestaande materialen.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert plannings- en materiaalgegevens in SAP.
  • Je helpt procedures en werkinstructies up-to-date te houden.
  • Je bespreekt knelpunten met de betrokken afdelingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in planning, processen en voorraadbeheer.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting. Relevante ervaring is eveneens een troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen planning, productie of supply chain.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van SAP; ervaring met dit systeem is een must.
  • Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en durft afwijkingen of knelpunten bespreekbaar te maken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen en werkt graag samen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels.
