  5. Supervise and guide appointed system integrators across all project phases.
  6. Review architectural blueprints, integration plans and technical specifications.
  7. Monitor conversion of operational requirements into technical specifications and process workflows.
  8. Oversee testing activities including Master Acceptance Test Plans and integrated system validation.
  9. Conduct risk assessments including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  10. Coordinate stakeholders including authorities, contractors, consultants and system vendors.
  11. Provide technical guidance and report system risks, progress and recommendations to management.
  12. Support governance meetings and verify system-related contractor payments.

Requirements

Mandatory

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in solution architecture or systems integration.
  3. Experience working with industrial control systems, SCADA or process control monitoring systems.
  4. Strong understanding of system integration methodologies, interface management and risk management practices (FMEA).
  5. Experience supervising system integrators and coordinating multiple vendor engagements.
  6. Experience evaluating complex technical proposals and architecture designs.
  7. Experience supporting system acceptance testing, commissioning and validation.
  8. Strong understanding of change management and configuration control processes.
  9. Experience working with Singapore Government agencies or statutory boards on industrial control or infrastructure projects.

Preferred

  1. Experience with building automation or facility management systems.
  2. Familiarity with automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems or industrial automation environments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
