Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, short-form videos, advertisements and promotional materials.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar.
- Set up and monitor paid advertising campaigns to generate quality sales leads.
- Update website content and improve the company’s online visibility.
- Manage Google Business Profile, online listings and customer reviews.
- Track campaign performance, lead sources and marketing costs.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversion rates, cost per lead and return on advertising spend.
- Coordinate photography and video content from moving projects.
- Identify new marketing ideas, partnerships and promotional opportunities.
Sales and Account Management
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through telephone calls, WhatsApp, social media and email.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage assigned customer accounts from the initial enquiry through completion of the move.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate scheduling and smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with customers after each move to obtain feedback, reviews and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using the company’s CRM or tracking system.
- Work towards monthly lead-generation, sales-conversion and revenue targets.
Administrative Support
- Prepare quotations, invoices, booking confirmations and other customer documents.
- Update job schedules, customer records and payment information.
- Assist with the coordination of movers, vehicles and appointment timings.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
- Organise digital files, marketing materials and administrative records.
- Support management with general administrative and operational duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.
- At least [1–2 years] of experience in digital marketing, sales, customer service or administration.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, Google Ads or similar marketing platforms.
- Comfortable creating social media content and appearing in videos when required.
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident in handling customer enquiries and closing sales.
- Organised, responsible and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced small-business environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
