XUND setzt sich ein für die Aus\- und Weiterbildung von genügend und qualifizierten Gesundheitsfachkräften für die Zentralschweiz und bietet in Luzern und Alpnach mit den Höheren Fachschulen Pflege und BMA, Nachdiplomstudien, überbetrieblichen Kursen sowie Weiterbildungen ein breites, praxisnahes Aus\- und Weiterbildungsangebot "aus einer Hand". Zudem engagieren wir uns auf allen Ebenen für eine starke Berufsbildung sowie gute Rahmenbedingungen für die Gesundheitsberufe.

Du blühst auf, wenn das Tagesgeschäft im HR rund läuft? Du liebst es, Führungspersonen und Mitarbeitende entlang des gesamten HR\-Life\-Cycles administrativ zu begleiten? Wir suchen dich zur Ergänzung unseres kleinen HR\-Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsam mit zwei Teamkolleginnen betreust du die Personal\- und Lohnadministration des gesamten HR\-Life\-Cycles vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, für rund 140 festangestellte Mitarbeitende und ca. 500 Dozierende im Auftragsverhältnis.
  • Du erstellst Verträge, Arbeitszeugnisse, Bestätigungen, pflegst Daten in den HR\-Systemen, meldest Leistungen bei den Sozialversicherungen an und trägst mit deinem Mitdenken dazu bei, dass das HR\-Tagesgeschäft rund läuft.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für einzelne HR\-Prozesse und Themen, sowie deren Weiterentwicklung und freust dich darüber, in Projekten mitzuarbeiten, z.B. Mitarbeitenden Benefits, Employer Branding, Digitalisierung etc.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du Führungspersonen und Mitarbeitende bei Anliegen rund um Themen der HR\- und Lohnadministration.
  • Mit deinem Organisationsgeschick fällt es dir leicht, Termine zu organisieren, koordinieren sowie den Überblick über die vielfältigen Aufgaben in der HR\- und Lohnadministration zu behalten.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis mit.
  • Wir können auf mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem KMU zählen.
  • Teamplay ist dir wichtig und du fühlst dich wohl in einer dienstleistungsorientierten und unterstützenden Drehscheibenfunktion.
  • Du arbeitest genau, strukturiert, selbständig, vorausschauend und kommunizierst transparent und stilsicher in Deutsch.
  • Mit deiner IT\-Affinität findest du dich rasch in gängigen HR\-Systemen wie z.B. Abacus, UKG etc. zurecht und wendest die MS\-Office\-Palette gekonnt an.
