Assistant Store Manager (ASM) är Store Manager (SM) viktigaste stöd och ställföreträdare, och bidrar direkt till butikens kommersiella framgång och operativa kvalitet.

ASM säkerställer en tydlig ledarskapsnärvaro i butiken och skapar en inspirerande miljö med fokus på drift, service, teamwork och resultat. Rollen fungerar som ställföreträdare för Store Manager vid behov, och bidrar till att motivera, coacha och stötta teamet i att nå sina mål och leverera en stark kundupplevelse.

Store Manager och Assistant Store Manager arbetar nära tillsammans och kompletterar varandra i erfarenhet, kompetens och ledarskapsfokus. ASM kan ha ansvar för ett definierat försäljningsområde eller en operativ funktion i butiken, med tydligt ägarskap och ansvar för genomförande.

Vi söker dig som har ett skarpt öga för vad som behöver göras, hög prioriteringsförmåga och ett naturligt driv att omsätta idéer till handling. Du arbetar proaktivt, tar initiativ och skapar struktur och framdrift även i ett högt tempo.

Du har en tydlig doer-mentalitet och väntar inte på instruktioner för att få saker att hända. Rollen handlar inte enbart om att leda och fördela arbete, utan om att själv vara en operativ och närvarande person i verksamheten som tar ansvar och visar vägen.

Som person är du en självklar del av teamet och leder genom engagemang, ansvarstagande och ett tydligt föredöme i vardagen. Tillsammans med Store Manager (SM) skapar du energi, riktning och framdrift i det dagliga arbetet.

Ansvarsområden

• Vara ställföreträdare för Store Manager och ta fullt ledaransvar vid behov • Leda den dagliga driften med starkt kommersiellt fokus och hög servicenivå • Driva initiativ kopplade till att öka försäljning, lönsamhet och produktivitet • Ansvara för definierade försäljningsområden eller operativa funktioner i butiken • Säkerhetsställa genomförandet av kampanjer, visual merchandising och butiksstandarder • Säkerställa efterlevnad av rutiner inom drift, bemanning och säkerhet • Bidra i rekrytering, onboarding och upplärning av nya medarbetare

Kvalifikationer

• Ledarerfarenhet från retail • Förmåga att leda och motivera team samt leverera starka kommersiella och operativa resultat • God förståelse för butiksdrift och retailprocesser • Flytande i lokalt språk samt goda kunskaper i engelska

Varaktighet/arbetstid

Tjänsten är en tillsvidaretjänst på heltid (38,25h/v).

Provanställning tillämpas. Varierande arbetstid, dag, kväll och varannan helg.
