Equipment Operation

  • Safely operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, oxy-fuel torches, band saws, drill presses, ironworkers, grinders, and other shop tools.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments including tape measures, squares, calipers, and levels.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns promptly.

Quality & Safety

  • Inspect completed welds, assemblies, and fabricated components to ensure compliance with specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety policies and properly utilize required PPE.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with supervisors, engineers, and fellow team members to resolve fabrication challenges and improve processes.
  • Support field modifications, repairs, and special projects as needed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on craftsmanship and operational excellence.

🎯 What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
