Per il nostro plant produttivo di Montecchio Maggiore (VI), siamo alla ricerca di un/a Operatore/Operatrice di Produzione appartenente alle Categorie Protette (L. 68/99) da inserire nelle aree di assemblaggio e lavorazioni meccaniche.

La risorsa contribuirà alle attività produttive occupandosi, in base alle competenze e all'organizzazione del reparto, di assemblaggio di componenti e lavorazioni meccaniche, operando nel rispetto degli standard di qualità e sicurezza aziendali.

In particolare si occuperà di:

  • Assemblaggio di componenti e prodotti finiti secondo le istruzioni operative e la distinta base.
  • Utilizzo dei principali strumenti di lavoro e controllo (avvitatori, pressette manuali, strumenti di misura, ecc.).
  • Attività su isole produttive e impianti dedicati alle lavorazioni meccaniche.
  • Attrezzaggio delle macchine e gestione dei cambi versione, ove previsto.
  • Esecuzione dei controlli qualitativi previsti dal piano di controllo.
  • Collaborazione con il team di produzione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di reparto.

COMPETENZE

  • Buona manualità.
  • Capacità di lettura della distinta base e/o del disegno meccanico.
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di lavoro e controllo.
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura.
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale una conoscenza base delle lavorazioni meccaniche e/o delle tecniche di saldatura (TIG, resistenza e/o laser).

ESPERIENZA PREGRESSA

  • Preferibile esperienza in contesti produttivi del settore metalmeccanico.
  • Costituisce un plus aver maturato esperienza in attività di assemblaggio, lavorazioni meccaniche e/o saldatura.
  • È richiesta l'appartenenza alle Categorie Protette ai sensi della Legge 68/99.

ORARIO: L'azienda è disponibile a valutare candidature sia part-time sia full-time, con inserimento su orario giornaliero oppure su 2 o 3 turni (5:00-13:00, 13:00-21:00, 21:00-5:00).

LOCATION: Montecchio Maggiore (VI)
