CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take care of company property

Travel Requirements: Some local travel required within the region and customer sites (Xylem Vehicle Assigned)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Experience Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain all required customer clearances
  • Industrial or commercial process water experience preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • 2 to 4 years of technical work experience or 5 years of industry specific experience
  • Combined with 5-7 years of leadership/service management experience

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency with computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions
  • People management
  • Mechanically minded and/or with knowledge of water systems is very helpful
  • Ability to communicate up/down/across
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and complex troubleshooting to guide and advise team members and customers
  • Ability to defuse situations at a customer or internal issue.

The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
