Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest unseren Tech-Radar und entwickelst daraus einen klaren, zukunftsfähigen Technologie-Stack (Composable, API-first, Cloud-ready, Data-driven).
  • Du triffst Technologieentscheidungen – fundiert, wirtschaftlich und mit Blick auf Performance & Betriebsfähigkeit.
  • Du etablierst Engineering-Exzellenz: CI/CD, Testing, Security, Observability, Accessibility (EAA), Performance (LCP & Co.).
  • Du baust Engineering-Teams (Inhouse & Nearshore) auf, coachst Leads und förderst Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du übernimmst Ressourcenplanung, Hiring & Budgetverantwortung – transparent und pragmatisch.
  • Du harmonisierst Abläufe zwischen PX/UX, Beratung, Data & Delivery.
  • Du erkennst Impediments früh, führst Eskalationen souverän und etablierst Change-Management.
  • Du definierst sinnvolle KPIs und berichtest ans Board – klar, ehrlich, entscheidungsorientiert.
  • Du verantwortest die Qualitätsstandards unserer Engineering-Organisation und Deliveries.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Umfeld, idealerweise in Agenturen oder auf Kundenseite
  • Architektur-Kompetenz in mindestens zwei Welten aus Shopware, Magento/Hyvä, Shopify, VTEX oder SCAYLE
  • Verständnis für PIM- und CMS-Ökosysteme (Contentserv, Pimcore, Ibexa)
  • Produkt- und Daten-Mindset: Product Content, Feeds, Suche, Recos, Personalisierung, Tracking/Attribution
  • Sicherheits- und Datenschutzbewusstsein: DSGVO, Rollen & Rechte, Security-Standards
  • Führungskompetenz, Teamspirit und Organisationsstärke
  • Kommunikationsstärke – intern, extern und auf Entscheider-Level
  • Strategisches Denken für Commerce-Architekturen, Plattform-Ökosysteme und Wachstumsansätze

Nice to have: AI-basierte PX/PIM-Anreicherung, Event-/Stream-Architekturen, Cloud-Ops (AWS/GCP), Feature Flags, Progressive Delivery.
