The posting

The Role:  The ERP Systems Analyst / ERP Business Analyst will support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of the organization’s ERP platform, with a primary focus on NetSuite and related enterprise applications. Reporting to the IT Program Director, this role will serve as a key liaison between IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions. The position will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting workflows, supporting integrations, developing reports and dashboards, coordinating testing, troubleshooting system issues, and helping drive process improvement, user adoption, and data integrity across the enterprise application environment.  This is a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. In This Role, You Will:

Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.  Support day-to-day NetSuite administration, user requests, troubleshooting, enhancements, releases, and system maintenance.  Create and maintain NetSuite Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, data extracts, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and other reporting or configuration solutions.  Analyze business and financial data and develop reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.  Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional and system requirements, including functional specifications, workflows, and user stories as appropriate.  Participate in discussions with business stakeholders to understand upcoming initiatives and identify potential impacts to NetSuite and other business systems.  Coordinate with developers, consultants, implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams to support system enhancements, integrations, implementations, upgrades, and other projects.  Support Salesforce and NetSuite integration initiatives and other system-to-system integrations.  Assist with data analysis, data validation, data migration, reconciliation, master data integrity, system cleanup, and reporting reliability activities.  Develop and execute test scenarios and test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, deployment, and post-go-live validation.  Track requirements, project activities, issues, risks, action items, status updates, and follow-ups to support successful project delivery.  Document business processes, system configurations, procedures, release notes, user guidance, training materials, and knowledge base content.  Provide training and support to business users on NetSuite reporting, processes, system functionality, and new system enhancements.  Develop deeper knowledge of NetSuite and gradually take ownership of reporting, administration, and business-system support activities.  Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent years of experience.  2+ years of experience in business analysis, ERP/CRM systems, reporting, financial systems, project coordination, enterprise applications, or a related role.  Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation.  Experience developing reports, dashboards, queries, saved searches, KPIs, data extracts, or other business analytics.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, recommend practical solutions, and work toward resolution.  Ability to gather business requirements and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.  Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, vendors, consultants, and end users.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track follow-ups, meet deadlines, and follow activities through completion.  Experience with NetSuite is preferred; experience with Salesforce or another ERP/CRM platform is also valuable.  Experience with financial or accounting processes, system implementations, integrations, data migration, user access/security roles, application controls, or testing is a plus.  Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new systems and develop technical and functional expertise.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
