Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily CNC machine assembly operations and ensure production targets are met.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of assembly technicians.
  • Troubleshoot assembly and quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and 5S standards.
  • Monitor production records, manpower utilization, and machine downtime.
  • Coordinate with Production Manager on production schedules and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality control, 5S, and workplace safety practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
