🚀 Join Our Team – Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer who wants to be part of a manufacturing environment focused on continuous process improvement, reducing variation, and increasing production efficiency every day.

🔧 What will you do?

• Optimize, standardize, and stabilize production processes

• Participate in the implementation of new processes and process innovations

• Work on reducing waste and production variability

• Support production teams in solving process-related issues

• Develop and update work instructions and operator training materials

• Monitor key process and product parameters

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous production improvement

🎓 What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Responsibility, proactiveness, and willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
