  • Taking-off quantities, sourcing sub-contractor & suppliers , pricing for quotation
  • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
  • Assessment of progress payments to subcontractor / suppliers
  • Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
  • Settlement of final accounts with client and subcontractor / suppliers

job speechification

  • At lest diploma in QS/ Civil engineer / building
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in construction sector
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
