Für unseren Kunden, einen produzierenden Industriebetrieb in der Region Thunersee, suchen wir einen Betriebsmechaniker, der den Unterhalt aktiv mitgestaltet und die Produktion mit seinem technischen Können unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Sie warten und unterhalten automatisierte sowie konventionelle Produktionsanlagen.
  • Sie analysieren Störungen und führen mechanische Reparaturen selbstständig durch.
  • Sie prüfen bei der Fehlersuche auch pneumatische, hydraulische und steuerungstechnische Zusammenhänge.
  • Sie unterstützen die Produktion, wenn Anlagen nicht wie vorgesehen laufen.
  • Sie erkennen wiederkehrende Schwachstellen und bringen Vorschläge zur Verbesserung ein.
  • Sie arbeiten mit dem Unterhalts- und Produktionsteam an einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung in einem mechanischen Beruf abgeschlossen.
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung im Unterhalt von Anlagen in einem produzierenden Betrieb mit.
  • Sie verfügen über gute mechanische Kenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Pneumatik und Hydraulik.
  • Sie können einfache Zusammenhänge in Elektrik und SPS-Steuerungen nachvollziehen.
  • Eine Weiterbildung im Betriebsunterhalt ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, übernehmen Verantwortung und stimmen sich gerne mit dem Team ab.
  • Sie sind bereit, Schichtarbeit und Piketteinsätze zu übernehmen.
