Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Fachprojektleiter Heizung. Sie übernehmen die technische und organisatorische Betreuung von Heizungsprojekten und begleiten diese von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Dabei koordinieren Sie verschiedene Projektbeteiligte, behalten Termine und Qualität im Blick und stehen in engem Austausch mit Kunden und internen Fachstellen.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Selbstständige Betreuung und Abwicklung von Heizungsprojekten unterschiedlicher Grösse und Komplexität
  • Koordination der technischen Planung und Abstimmung der vorgesehenen Lösungen mit den Projektbeteiligten
  • Organisation der Projektabläufe von der Vorbereitung über die Ausführung bis zum Abschluss
  • Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und technischen Anforderungen innerhalb der betreuten Projekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Planern, Fachspezialisten, Lieferanten und ausführenden Unternehmen
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Abklärungen, Ausführungsfragen und der Optimierung von Anlagenkonzepten
  • Begleitung der Projekte bis zur Übergabe und Sicherstellung einer sauberen Projektdokumentation

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Heizung oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Weiterbildung auf HF-/FH-Stufe im Bereich Gebäudetechnik von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Ausführung oder Projektleitung von Heizungsanlagen
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Organisation und Koordination technischer Projekte
  • Gutes Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge in der Gebäudetechnik
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
