Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Neue Marktchancen erkennen, gezielt Neukunden gewinnen und bestehende Kundenbeziehungen ausbauen.
  • Geschäftsprozesse analysieren, individuelle Anforderungen identifizieren und passende ERP-Lösungen mit Mehrwert aufzeigen.
  • Beratungsgespräche führen, unsere Software präsentieren und deren konkreten Nutzen für die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden vermitteln.
  • Angebote ausarbeiten, Vertragsverhandlungen führen und Verkaufschancen vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss begleiten.
  • Vertrauen schaffen, Kundenbeziehungen pflegen und als kompetente Ansprechperson über den Vertragsabschluss hinaus zur Verfügung stehen.
  • Eng mit unseren Fachspezialisten und Projektteams zusammenarbeiten, um Kundenanforderungen in massgeschneiderte Lösungen zu überführen.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld, im Softwareverkauf oder im ERP-Bereich.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt, ein überzeugendes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Erfolgswillen.
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Lösungen verständlich und nutzenorientiert zu vermitteln.
  • Ein Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse, Markttrends und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind je nach Kundenumfeld ein Plus.
