Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Koordination und Bearbeitung technischer Supportanfragen im Kundenumfeld
  • Durchführung von Systemwartungen sowie proaktive Überwachung von Infrastrukturen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung vielfältiger IT-Projekte
  • Analyse und Eskalation sicherheitsrelevanter Systemmeldungen im Monitoring
  • Unterstützung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support bei Microsoft-Technologien

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Fundiertes Know-how in Microsoft 365 und Windows
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenorganisation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Denken erforderlich
  • Solide Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse auf gutem Niveau von Vorteil
