Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Du betreust ein eigenes Portfolio von KMU-Mandaten und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für finanzielle und treuhänderische Fragen.
  • Du erstellst und überprüfst Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und besprichst die Ergebnisse mit den Kunden.
  • Du verantwortest Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und erarbeitest Steuererklärungen für juristische und natürliche Personen.
  • Du begleitest Kunden bei Fragen zu Liquidität, Budgetierung und betriebswirtschaftlicher Organisation.
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerbehörden, Revisionsstellen und weiteren externen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Du überprüfst Arbeitsergebnisse von Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt deren fachliche Entwicklung.
  • Du bringst Verbesserungen bei digitalen Buchhaltungsprozessen und der Zusammenarbeit mit den Mandanten ein.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis Treuhand oder Finanz- und Rechnungswesen; eine weiterführende Expertenausbildung ist willkommen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Schweizer Treuhandwesen und in der selbstständigen Betreuung von Mandaten
  • Sicherheit bei Abschlüssen nach OR, Mehrwertsteuer und Steuererklärungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Abacus oder einer vergleichbaren Treuhandsoftware
  • Beratungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer Kommunikation und einem guten Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
