Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Fachliche und verkäuferische Beratung der Kundschaft
  • Ermittlung individueller Kundenbedürfnisse und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Produkte
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Offerten
  • Abwicklung administrativer Verkaufsprozesse und Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen für Abholung, Lieferung und Retouren
  • Kontrolle von Wareneingängen und Warenausgängen sowie Überprüfung der zugehörigen Lieferdokumente
  • Kommissionierung und Bereitstellung bestellter Produkte
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Warenabholung
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen Kundenservices und eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team sowie Unterstützung bei allgemeinen betrieblichen Abläufen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im technischen Bereich (vorzugsweise als sanitärinstallateur)
  • Eine Ausbildung im Sanitärbereich oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld, insbesondere im Bereich Service, Reparatur oder Ersatzteile, ist wünschenswert
  • Freude an der persönlichen Kundenberatung und am Verkauf
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie eine motivierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln und gängigen IT-Systemen
  • Einwandfreier Leumund
