Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Durchführung von IT-Projekten in Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen
  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen bei mittelständischen Kunden
  • Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen im Second-Level-Support
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Anleitungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung EFZ oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT System Engineer
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-, Citrix- und VMware-Technologien
  • Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Dokumentation und Wissenstransfer im Team
  • Engagierte und motiviert Persönlichkeit
  • Kommunikative Stärke in Deutsch und Englisch
