Ihre Aufgabe ##

- Bearbeiten und Lösen von anspruchsvollen 2nd-Level-Supportanfragen und technischen Störungen - Analyse und Troubleshooting von Server-, Client-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Systemen - Remote- und Vor-Ort-Support bei unseren Kunden - Betrieb, Überwachung und Optimierung von Server-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen - Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen - Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, Migrationen und Infrastruktur-Erneuerungen - Erstellen und Pflegen von technischen Dokumentationen und Lösungsbeschreibungen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer IT- und Cloud-Services

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ mit Schwerpunkt Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als IT System Engineer, System Administrator oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Server- und Client-Betriebssystemen wie Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Linux und macOS
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID und Intune
  • Erfahrung mit Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, DNS, DHCP sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware, Hyper-V oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen wie Microsoft Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-Technologien wie TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, WLAN und Firewalls
  • Erfahrung mit Backup-, Recovery- und Disaster-Recovery-Lösungen
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Einsätze und Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz
