Put your bookkeeping expertise to work managing accurate financial records for an established convenience store and branded Shell gas station in Wrentham, MA, while enjoying a flexible part-time schedule.

Your New Role

  • Location: Wrentham, Massachusetts 02093
  • Reconcile daily sales registers to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements
  • Perform bank statement reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
  • Reconcile lottery and house accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date financial records

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience required
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and motivated with a commitment to accurate financial recordkeeping
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of approximately 22 to 24 hours per week
  • Ability to reliably commute to the Wrentham, MA work location
