Your New Role

  • Work as a full-time HVAC Service Technician based in Crawfordsville, IN 47933, serving Crawfordsville and surrounding counties within approximately a 1-hour radius.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
  • Inspect equipment, identify system problems, and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  • Clearly explain system findings, repair needs, and service options to homeowners.
  • Complete service calls with a focus on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and safe use of HVAC diagnostic and refrigeration equipment.

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair experience required; 8-10 years preferred
  • EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
  • Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the service team
  • Ability to perform the physical duties associated with residential HVAC service and repair
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to reliably commute to Crawfordsville, IN 47933
