As a Teacher at Yeoman Park Academy, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and highly personalised learning experiences for learners with ASD and complex needs.

You'll work collaboratively with our Behaviour and Health Team, Therapy Teams, parents and carers to champion the needs of every learner and create opportunities for success both inside and beyond the classroom.

  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Help transform everyday experiences into extraordinary learning opportunities.

For our older learners, our curriculum includes AQA Unit Award Scheme, AIM Awards Qualifications, celebrating individual achievement and recognising a broad range of skills and talents.

All teachers contribute to curriculum development through dedicated curriculum teams and benefit from additional non-contact time, reflecting our commitment to staff wellbeing and professional growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
