Durante la stagione più intensa dell’anno, avrai un ruolo chiave nell’offrire esperienze eccezionali ai clienti e nel far conoscere la nostra routine di skincare K-Beauty. Se hai passione per la skincare, ottime capacità nel servizio clienti e interesse per la skincare coreana, vogliamo conoscerti!

DETTAGLI DELLA POSIZIONE

- Part-time, 20 ore settimanali distribuite su turni concordati

- Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi, da novembre a gennaio

- Possibilità di proroga al termine del contratto in base alle esigenze aziendali (non garantita)

Siamo una start-up di K-Beauty con sede a Berlino, dedicata a portare il meglio della skincare e delle tendenze di bellezza coreane nel mercato europeo.

I nostri prodotti sono disponibili online e, per la prima volta in modo permanente, nel nostro Flagship Store a Milano!

LE TUE RESPONSABILITÀ

Come Assistente Vendite ti occuperai della nostra community nel Flagship Store di Milano durante il periodo delle festività, offrendo la vera esperienza Yepoda. In particolare:

- Mentalità di servizio: accogliere e assistere i clienti, rispondere alle domande sui prodotti e offrire consigli personalizzati sulla skincare, anche nei momenti di maggiore affluenza.

- Conoscenza del prodotto: imparare rapidamente i nostri prodotti, gli ingredienti e le routine skincare per consigliare con sicurezza i clienti in base al tipo di pelle e alle loro esigenze.

- Vendite e regali: contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita del periodo natalizio, aiutando i clienti a scegliere idee regalo e set, e proponendo prodotti complementari quando opportuno.

- Analisi della pelle: utilizzare lo skin analyser in store, interpretarne i risultati e consigliare la routine Yepoda più adatta.

- Visual merchandising: mantenere il negozio pulito e ordinato, rifornire gli scaffali e assicurarsi che i prezzi siano sempre chiari e leggibili.

- Feedback dei clienti: raccogliere i feedback per aiutarci a migliorare prodotti e servizio.

- Promozioni ed eventi: supportare promozioni stagionali, lanci ed eventi in store.

- Brand ambassador: rappresentare i valori di Yepoda e contribuire a far crescere la consapevolezza del marchio.

COSA CERCHIAMO

- Accogliamo candidature da profili con qualsiasi livello di esperienza, dalla prima esperienza nel retail a professionisti/e già affermati/e.

- Disponibilità per l’intera durata del contratto, a lavorare su turni, inclusi fine settimana e giorni festivi del periodo natalizio.

- Forte orientamento al servizio clienti.

- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.

- Atteggiamento entusiasta e cordiale.

- Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente in un ambiente retail dinamico, soprattutto nei periodi di picco.

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana; una conoscenza intermedia dell’inglese è un plus.

- Passione per la skincare; interesse per la cultura e la skincare coreana è un plus.

- Cura della propria presentazione, in linea con gli standard Yepoda.

COSA OFFRIAMO

- Retribuzione: inquadramento CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Confcommercio), IV livello. Retribuzione di circa €25.500 lordi annui per contratto full-time (40 ore settimanali), riproporzionata per 20 ore settimanali e per la durata del contratto, oltre a buoni pasto.
